Before Blissri became the elevated bakery and dessert brand it is today, our story began inside Grandview Public Market. It was there, in the heart of West Palm Beach, that we introduced our desserts to the community, connected with local families and began building the loyal following that helped shape our business.
Returning to the city where it all started is more than the opening of another bakery location. It represents a full-circle moment for our family, our team and the Blissri brand.
We are incredibly grateful to be back in West Palm Beach and once again serving the community that supported us from the beginning.
From Grandview Public Market to Blissri Bakeshoppe
Blissri originally began as Mcks’ Bakeshop, a small bakery concept built around creative desserts, memorable flavors and the belief that baked goods should feel just as special as the moments they are made for.
Our time at Grandview Public Market gave us the opportunity to experiment, grow and learn what our customers truly loved. We became known for oversized gourmet cookies, cupcakes, dessert bars and imaginative seasonal flavors that offered something different from a traditional neighborhood bakery.
As the business evolved, so did our vision.
We wanted to create a bakery brand that felt playful and welcoming while still being polished, modern and elevated. That vision eventually became Blissri Bakeshoppe.
Our name, branding, stores and presentation may have evolved, but the heart of the business has remained the same: creating handcrafted desserts that bring people together and make everyday moments feel a little more joyful.
