Order Queries & General Contact
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 7 PM EST. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to respond to your email.
If your query pertains to an existing order, kindly include your name and invoice number for quicker assistance.
Custom Orders
Since we are usually booked 2-4 weeks in advance, after we discuss the details of your order and decide on desserts that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is to be paid 1 week prior to your event.
For any orders placed within one week of your event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
