Fall Is Brewing at Blissri: Meet Our 2026 Fall Specialty Latte Menu

Fall has officially arrived at Blissri Bakeshoppe, and we’re celebrating with four new specialty lattes inspired by some of our favorite flavors of the season.

Our 2026 Fall Specialty Latte Menu brings together espresso, house-inspired cold foams and flavors like pumpkin, cinnamon, caramel apple, toasted coconut, honey, chocolate and hazelnut. And because fall in South Florida still feels a lot like summer, we’re serving the entire collection iced only.

🎃 Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll

Pumpkin spice meets one of our favorite bakery treats.

The Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Latte starts with a pumpkin swirl and brown sugar espresso, then gets topped with our cream cheese cold foam and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

The result is creamy, spiced and dessert-inspired without losing the espresso flavor underneath. If your favorite part of fall is anything pumpkin, cinnamon or freshly baked, this is probably the first one you should try.

🍎 Apple Bliss

Think caramel apple, but make it coffee.

Our Apple Bliss Latte combines caramel apple espresso with brown sugar cold foam and a cinnamon sugar finish. It’s sweet, creamy and packed with nostalgic fall flavor while still drinking like an iced specialty latte.

Pumpkin gets most of the attention this time of year, but if you’re an apple-dessert person, Apple Bliss might be your fall favorite.

🥥 Toasted Coconut Honey

Not every fall drink needs pumpkin.

The Toasted Coconut Honey Latte combines real honey, coconut milk and espresso with a toasted coconut cold foam. It’s smooth, lightly tropical and cozy at the same time—basically our South Florida interpretation of a fall latte.

Real honey brings a warm sweetness while coconut adds a creamy, toasted finish that makes this one different from the traditional fall coffee flavors you’ll find everywhere else.

🍫 Salted Hazelnut Mocha

Chocolate lovers, this one’s yours.

Our Salted Hazelnut Mocha layers chocolate drizzle with hazelnut espresso and Nutella cold foam, then finishes everything with cocoa and a touch of sea salt.

Chocolate and hazelnut make it rich and dessert-like, while the sea salt helps balance the sweetness. It’s essentially the coffee equivalent of treating yourself to something from the bakery case.
