Our Approach to Gluten-Free Baking
Gluten-free baking has a reputation problem. For years, “GF” was synonymous with dense, dry, or oddly gummy textures. That’s what happens whe you simply swap out flour without understanding the structure gluten actually provides.
We didn’t take that shortcut. Our gluten-free options were developed from scratch to behave and taste like their full-gluten counterparts. The Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcake is light and fluffy, infused with real vanilla bean and topped with silky vanilla frosting — it’s not a consolation prize. The Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcake is rich, moist, and deeply chocolatey with a velvety frosting finish. And the Gluten Free Salty Caramel Cupcake — chocolate cake topped with salted caramel buttercream and a caramel drizzle — is honestly one of our most requested items across the entire menu.
Our Vegan Option
Our Vegan Chip Cookie was made for plant-based customers who don’t want to compromise. It’s packed with rich dairy-free chocolate chips,
finished with a sprinkle of sea salt, and hits all the same notes as a great traditional cookie — that balance of sweet and salty, soft and slightly crisp at the edges.
We also offer the V/GF Banana Bread Muffin for customers who need both vegan and gluten-free in one item. It’s a soft, bakery-style banana muffin with melty chocolate chips and that honest, ripe banana flavor that makes it feel like something baked at home on a slow morning.
